How do I sign-up?
You can sign up for UneekDose online by filling out the form here, or by calling (317) 293-1700.
How long does it take to sign-up?
Signing up takes about 5-10 minutes. You’ll only need a list of your current medications, where you fill them and your insurance information. It’s helpful to have this information on hand prior to signing up.
What do I need to sign-up for UneekDose?
You’ll need:
— a list of your current medications
— what pharmacy you most recently filled them
— your insurance information
— a payment method
You’ll also have an opportunity to tell us about your prescribers, conditions that you’re managing, and any allergies that you have.
Do I need to get all new prescriptions before I sign-up?
No. When you sign up for an account we’ll ask for some identifying information and the location of your current pharmacy. Once you confirm that you’d like to transfer your prescriptions, we will call your old pharmacy and make the switch. If any of your prescriptions have no refills remaining, we will contact your prescriber(s) for a new prescription. Information retrieved from your former pharmacy includes: medication name, strength, directions for use, quantity, original refills, refills remaining, prescriber, first fill date, last fill date. This allows us to know when you will run out of your current medications and allows us to find an ideal start date for your medications.
Can I sign someone else up?
You can sign up the person you’re caring for via the normal sign-up page here or by calling the pharmacy at (317) 293-1700. Feel free to give us a call and introduce yourself - we’d like to get to know you, too.

How long does it take to receive my first shipment after I sign-up?
This varies depending on how many medications you have and if there are any refills or prior authorizations needed from your prescribers. It can take up to a month to receive your first shipment from UneekDose, but we can send interim supplies of medication so you never run out.
Refills
What do I have to do to make sure my refills are in place on time?

Billing & Insurance

UneekDose is compatible with most major insurance plans, including most forms of Medicare Part D. To find out specifically if you will be able to fill your prescriptions with UneekDose we recommend contacting your plan provider directly.
How much does UneekDose cost?
There is no charge for UneekDose beyond standard 30-day co-pays. You receive a monthly billing statement that shows the cost of your medications, the amount that was covered by insurance, and the amount to be paid out-of-pocket. There are no shipping, handling, or extra fees associated with switching to UneekDose.
How do you get my insurance information?
When you sign up for an account we’ll ask for some identifying information and the location of your current pharmacy. Once you confirm that you’d like to transfer your prescriptions, we will call your old pharmacy and make the switch. Typically we can also transfer all of your prescription insurance information. If there are any issues we will contact you to work them out before starting your UneekDose subscription.
How much are my co-pays?
In most cases, your co-pay will stay the same as it is at your local retail pharmacy for a 30 day supply. Your co-pays are set by your insurance company and may vary based on where you fill medicines, if you have a deductible, and what kind of medication you’re receiving. Because of these different factors, we recommend that you call your insurance provider directly to get an accurate quote for your set of medications.
What is my long-term commitment?
There is absolutely no long-term commitment at UneekDose. If you are unhappy with the service, or would like to switch for any reason, we will help coordinate with your new pharmacy to transfer your prescriptions and information. We do require you to call-in to cancel, as we want to insure you never miss your medication, but we respect your decisions as a customer and make it easy to move prescriptions whenever you choose.
How can I pay?
It’s easiest to pay by credit card, and we can auto-charge your card every 28 days for your co-pays and any charges for the non-prescription meds you may have ordered. If you cannot pay by credit card, please contact us at (866) 241-6885 to make alternate arrangements.
How does billing work?
We charge your credit card every 28 days for medications delivered since your last billing statement. This statement includes co-pays for the prescription medications and any charges for non-prescription medications that you added to your order. Your monthly co-pay statement will usually be the same as at a retail pharmacy. You receive a notice one week before the charge posts so that you have time to review the statement and make any changes.
Do you offer discounts or financial assistance?
If you have a specific circumstance where you need financial assistance, we’re happy to work with you - just send us an email: info@pharmaneek.com or call us at (317) 293-1700.
How much do you charge for over-the-counter meds, vitamins and supplements?
We source over-the-counter meds, vitamins, and supplements from similar suppliers as a local retail pharmacy. We follow these suppliers suggested retail pricing, which is usually very similar to the prices you would find at a retail pharmacy.
Do you dispense brand or generic medication?
Indiana pharmacy regulations allow either the patient or prescriber to request a brand name or generic medication. Unless specifically requested we default to dispensing generic medications. If you’re a Pharmaneek customer and would like to request a brand name medication please call us (317) 293-1700.

We can fill and include schedule III, IV, and V medications in your UneekDose pack. We do not fill schedule II prescriptions via means of the internet.
How do I dispose of my medications? Does Pharmaneek take back my old medications and needles?
You should follow any disposal instructions that are included on the drug label or medication information that comes with your UneekDose. Don’t flush medication down the toilet unless you’re instructed specifically to do so.Depending on where you live, you may have a community drug take-back program nearby, where you can bring unused drugs for proper disposal. You can contact your local government’s trash or recycling department to find out more. The Drug Enforcement Administration also sponsors National Prescription Drug Take Back Days.If there are no instructions and no take-back programs in your area, throw the drugs in the household trash. First, take them out of their original containers and mix them with an undesirable substance, such as used coffee grounds or kitty litter. The medication will be less appealing to children and pets, and unrecognizable to people who may intentionally go through your trash.Put them in a sealable bag, empty can, or other container to prevent the medication from leaking or breaking out of a garbage bag. Here are some additional tips from the FDA:Before throwing out a medicine container, scratch out all identifying information on the prescription label to make it unreadable. This will help protect your identity and the privacy of your personal health information. Do not give medications to friends. Doctors prescribe drugs based on a person’s specific symptoms and medical history. A drug that works for you could be dangerous for someone else. The same disposal methods for prescription drugs can apply to over-the-counter drugs. If you’re unsure about how to properly dispose of a certain medication, contact us at (317) 293-1700.

What do you do about medications I only take sometimes, not everyday?
These “as-needed” medications (medications that you take only as needed rather than on a specific schedule) are dispensed in standard prescription bottles rather than in your daily UneekDose pouches. If you find yourself taking an “as-needed” medication on a scheduled (regular) basis, your UneekDose pharmacist can help you decide whether it might make sense to get a new prescription with scheduled directions, or help you find a more appropriate daily medication.
Can you ship medications that also don't fit in packets like inhalers and creams?
Yes. We are a full-service pharmacy and can dispense inhalers and creams, as well as prescriptions, over-the-counter medications, and vitamins.

If it’s closer to your next dose, you should skip the packet. For specific circumstances, please call your Pharmaneek pharmacist at (317) 293-1700 or info@pharmaneek.com. We also recommend visiting the FDA’s website which talks about the safe disposal of medication.
